ACCESS Parents/Guardians
​ After your student has registered for his/her Orientation session, you can register to attend an optional Parent Orientation program on the same day(s).
2-Day Orientation Session fee:

$65 for the first family member and $45 for the 2nd and each guest after.

Included meal: BBQ dinner on the evening of Day 1. You do not need to purchase an additional meal unless you have a guest that will be joining you for the meal only and not ANY sessions.
ACCESS Waiver: ACCESS parents/guardians will have one parent fee waived. The waiver does not include meals, so you will need to pay for your Orientation
meal in the amount of $15.00 (cash or check ONLY) at Orientation check-in.

If you wish to bring any additional guests, regular pricing of $45 per person applies.
To register for Parent Orientation as an ACCESS parent/family member, please complete these steps:

Visit the Parent Orientation website

Complete the registration form with your information

STOP when you get to the payment portion of the registration form. DO NOT complete your online payment. Close your browser page and contact the Parent Orientation Office:

Parent Orientation Registration

Parents of potential or confirmed ACCESS Students are cordially invited to attend a special session for Parents during ASU’s orientation this summer.
Who: Parents of ACCESS Students*
What: Information about the ACCESS program benefits and expectations as well as a chance to ask questions
When: Breakout session on day 1 of each Orientation Session (5:15-5:45pm)
Where: New River Room (Room 100)
This session is listed in the Orientation program.
No RSVP is necessary.
